I found inspiration really hard when I got what I wanted (a sabbatical) but not how I wanted it (getting let go from a job I loved). I suddenly had time to work but I needed to heal emotionally and mentally first. Now that I have my life back together, I have all sorts of inspiration but no time! 😂
A little. I suppose my suggestion to read it comes from surrounding oneself with only the best when one is making a transition. If you listen to bad rap in Life v. 1, then in Life v. 2 you listen to the best rap. It's in the vein of "life is too short to drink bad wine." That said, the novel does includes many changes and deceptions and interpretations.
So many beautiful ideas in here. This sentence gave me chills: “He had an entire country on his shoulders as he dodged an army and climbed on foot through the Himalayas to safety”
